These problems should challenge modern AI systems with deep reasoning, domain knowledge, and computational rigor.Projects may include computational chemistry, physical chemistry, analytical chemistry, chemical engineering-adjacent workflows, and chemistry tasks requiring specialized software tools.What you’ll doDesign difficult chemistry problems that reflect real scientific workflowsCreate deterministic tasks with one correct answer and full verified solutionsDevelop reasoning-intensive and computationally grounded problemsUse Python and, where appropriate, domain-specific chemistry tools or simulation packagesEnsure all tasks are reproducible, technically precise, and clearly documentedWrite concise and rigorous technical explanations in EnglishWhat we’re looking forMaster’s or PhD in Chemistry or a related fieldResearch or industry experience involving computational or quantitative chemistry workflowsStrong Python skills; familiarity with scientific librariesStrong understanding of modeling, numerical approaches, and chemical reasoningAbility to design original, difficult problems that go beyond textbook recallExcellent attention to detail and clear technical writingNice to haveExperience with computational chemistry, cheminformatics, spectroscopy analysis, molecular modeling, or specialized chemistry softwareExperience with professional chemistry workflows involving simulation or data analysis toolsExperience creating technical evaluation contentCompensation: $40 per hour • $40 per hourFind Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow
