Join us in shaping the future of defense with groundbreaking aerospace innovations.What You'll DoCreate, review, and maintain electronic components, schematic symbols, footprints, and library data in Altium DesignerRead schematics and component datasheets to ensure design data accurately reflects manufacturer specificationsSupport engineers with PCB design activities and help maintain clean, consistent, and reliable component librariesCheck existing components for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information before they make their way into hardwareHelp improve library management, component validation, and engineering workflowsUse scripting and automation where useful to make repetitive checks faster and more reliableRequirementsCurrently studying toward a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field, or recently graduatedHands-on experience with Altium Designer through university projects, personal PCB designs, or previous internshipsComfortable with schematic capture, library editors, and creating your own symbols and footprintsAbility to read schematics and datasheets, with a solid understanding of packages, pinouts, passive components, and common ICsStrong attention to detail and a structured approach to technical workGood written and spoken EnglishExperience with Altium 365 or another managed library environment is a plusFamiliarity with IPC-7351 footprint standards is an advantageBasic Python or similar scripting experience for automation and bulk checks is a plusExposure to component lifecycle or obsolescence management is an advantageWho You AreYou are curious, precise, and hands-on. You enjoy getting into the details and understand that a tiny mistake in a component library can become a very real hardware problem later.
