Key Tasks / Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of construction schedule for the tendering purpose. Develop the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
2. Preparation of master project construction programme
Baseline Schedule and get approval from clients/consultants for new jobs and take the approval from consultant /client.
3. Collect daily/weekly progress data from site teams. Analyze deviations from baseline and determine reasons for delays. Prepare the recovery schedules.
4. Provide information in preparation of technical submittal for the tenders.
5. Updating and monitoring of the construction program of ongoing projects.
6. Maintaining the copy of the construction programme various ongoing projects.
Qualifications
B. E / B.Tech (Civil Engineering) with 8+ years of experience in High Raise Building / Commercial / Residential Project as Planning Engineer.
