Job Description & Overview
This position is based in Malé, Maldives. Likely to spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers. Manage several requests and situations at one time and expected complete tasks within tight deadlines.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, electrical or industrial Engineering. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction planning, with at least 5 years using Primavera P6 in large-scale infrastructure, or hospitality projects. Proven record of developing and managing complex project schedules from preconstruction through to completion. Strong understanding of project management principles, critical path method (CPM), and earned value analysis. Experience with claims, delay analysis, and extension of time (EOT) submissions preferred. Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel (advanced). Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects concurrently. Analytical and detail-oriented mindset. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Collaborative team player with leadership capability. Excellent written and verbal communication. High integrity and commitment to deadlines.
