📝 Job Responsibilities
Prepare client and contractor bills for finishing works.
Perform Quantity take-off, measurements, and BOQ
(Bill of Quantities) preparation.
* Coordinate with the site team for daily progress and measurements.
Verify subcontractor bills.
Maintain all billing documentation and records.
Ensure timely submission and follow-up of bills.
Strong understanding of finishing items (putty, primer, paint, ceilings, interiors, flooring, etc.).
