Senior Legal Counsel (m/f/d)

IN A NUTSHELLAs a fast-growing SaaS provider in the WealthTech space, we are expanding internationally. Following the successful launch of our Zurich hub, our next milestone is entering the UK market. To support this exciting growth journey, we are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel who will help shape and scale our legal function while acting as a pragmatic business partner across the organization.Your missionProvide legal advice on a broad range of commercial and corporate matters.Draft, review and negotiate national and international contracts, with a focus on SaaS, software, customer, partner and supplier agreements.Support our international expansion, particularly our UK market entry.Build and continuously improve scalable legal processes, contract templates and governance frameworks.Partner closely with Sales, Product, Finance and Management, while coordinating external legal counsel where required.Support data protection, compliance and corporate housekeeping matters.Drive the adoption of Legal Tech and AI-powered solutions to improve legal operations.Your profileFully qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of professional experience, ideally gained in an international company and/or a leading commercial law firm.Strong background in commercial law and extensive experience negotiating technology, software or SaaS agreements.Solid understanding of UK law/Common Law and experience supporting international business operations.Proven ability to build processes and structures in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Pragmatic, business-oriented mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Interest in Legal Tech, contract automation and AI-enabled legal workflows.Business fluent in German and EnglishNice to haveExperience in an international scale-up environment.Familiarity with GDPR and general compliance topics.Experience with Legal Tech / CLM tools (e.g. Ironclad, Juro, DocuSign CLM) and AI-supported legal workflows.Why us?Shape the legal function of a rapidly growing international SaaS companyTake ownership from day oneWork closely with leadership on international expansionModern, collaborative and fast-paced environment based in MunichContactQPLIX GmbHTanja UnsöldPeople, Organization & CultureNußbaumstr. 1280336 München+49 (89) 998 2716 86https://www.qplix.com/de/Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
