This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the terms for purchasing, renewing, cancelling, and seeking refunds for subscription plans and digital services offered by **NRILabor** ("we," "us," or "our").
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation process depends on whether your plan is monthly or annual:
A. For Monthly Subscriptions
- Cancellation can be done directly through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
- The cancellation takes effect at the **end of the current monthly billing cycle.**
- You will **retain access** to all paid features until the end of the paid term.
- **No prorated refunds** will be issued for the remainder of the month.
B. For Annual Subscriptions
- Cancellation can be done directly through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
- The cancellation takes effect at the **end of the current 12-month contract period.**
- You will **retain access** to all paid features until the end of the paid term.
- **No prorated refunds** will be issued for the unused portion of the annual term, except as outlined in the Refund Eligibility section below.
2. Refund Eligibility (Money-Back Guarantee)
Due to the nature of digital service and immediate access to the database and features, our general policy is **no refunds**. However, we offer a limited refund guarantee:
A. New Monthly Subscriptions (Initial Purchase)
If you purchase a new monthly subscription and decide it is not for you, you are eligible for a **full refund** provided that **ALL** of the following conditions are met:
- The refund request is made within **7 days** of the initial payment date.
- You have **NOT** posted any job listings using the paid features.
- You have **NOT** contacted or downloaded the contact details of more than **5 candidates** or **3 Agents/Suppliers**.
If any of the above usage limits are exceeded, you are considered to have utilized the service, and the purchase becomes non-refundable.
B. New Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are treated the same as monthly subscriptions for the initial 7-day period (subject to the usage limits above). Beyond 7 days, annual subscriptions are **non-refundable.**
C. Automatic Renewals
Refunds for automatic renewal charges (both monthly and annual) are only granted if the refund request is made **within 48 hours** of the renewal charge date, and there has been **no usage** of the paid features during that 48-hour window.
3. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
All refund requests must be submitted via email to our support team with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Transaction ID]".
- Provide your registered **Email Address** and **User Name.**
- Provide the **Transaction ID** (found on your payment confirmation email).
- Clearly state the **reason** for the refund request.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original method of payment within **7 to 14 business days**, depending on your bank's processing times.
4. Exceptions and Termination
- **Termination for Breach:** We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account and retain all fees paid if we determine you have violated our Terms of Use or engaged in fraudulent activity. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
- **Plan Upgrades:** If you upgrade your plan, you will be charged the difference, and the new plan will activate immediately. The delivery policy applies to the new plan.
- **Plan Downgrades:** Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No immediate refund is provided for the remaining time on the higher plan.

5. Policy Changes
