1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation process depends on whether your plan is monthly or annual:

2. Refund Eligibility (Money-Back Guarantee)

Due to the nature of digital service and immediate access to the database and features, our general policy is **no refunds**. However, we offer a limited refund guarantee:

A. New Monthly Subscriptions (Initial Purchase)

If you purchase a new monthly subscription and decide it is not for you, you are eligible for a **full refund** provided that **ALL** of the following conditions are met:

If any of the above usage limits are exceeded, you are considered to have utilized the service, and the purchase becomes non-refundable.

B. New Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are treated the same as monthly subscriptions for the initial 7-day period (subject to the usage limits above). Beyond 7 days, annual subscriptions are **non-refundable.**

C. Automatic Renewals

Refunds for automatic renewal charges (both monthly and annual) are only granted if the refund request is made **within 48 hours** of the renewal charge date, and there has been **no usage** of the paid features during that 48-hour window.

3. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

All refund requests must be submitted via email to our support team with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Transaction ID]".

  1. Provide your registered **Email Address** and **User Name.**
  2. Provide the **Transaction ID** (found on your payment confirmation email).
  3. Clearly state the **reason** for the refund request.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original method of payment within **7 to 14 business days**, depending on your bank's processing times.
